How to plan and make notes for BPSC competitive exam ?

The commission sets question paper to analyze a candidate’s general awareness about his environment, his ability to take decision and to check his personality. The candidates living in Bihar can have advantage over those who live outside Bihar because they are always in touch of Bihar Geography, Economics and Politics.

While preparing notes for BPSC , think if this is important for the state (from the administrator point of view). For example – How long Mr. Laloo remained the C.M. of Bihar is not so important as the programmes he started during his tenure. Similarly, quantity of wheat production in the year 2013 in not so important as the trend of wheat production in last 10 years.
